Fees & economics
Fees depend on the credit pool, service tier, and network used for settlement. The authoritative schedule is always the in-app disclosure for the relevant program and your executed agreements.
Common fee categories
- Subscription or onboarding fees — if applicable at commitment.
- Management or servicing fees — ongoing, often as a percentage of assets or collections.
- Performance fees — if tied to excess spread or hurdle rates, as disclosed.
- Network / settlement costs — blockchain fees and bridging costs borne by users unless stated otherwise.
Changes
Fee changes, if permitted, follow notice rules in your agreements. Retroactive changes are not assumed unless explicitly allowed.
No hidden “gas” language in UI
User-facing materials follow institutional wording (e.g., network settlement costs) where the product standards require avoiding casual “gas” terminology in customer-facing copy.
Regulatory and legal refinement. Fee tables require regulatory and counsel review before publication.
